  • I'm also 21 and recovering from EDNOS! I'd love to add you all, but I'm trying to eat "fear foods" (pizza, ice cream, etc.) without bingeing, so if me celebrating that I just ate a croissant would be triggering for you then let me know and I won't add you, no hard feelings :)
  • Around 130, but that's a complete guess as I haven't been below 175 since I was about 14. I just chose a number around the bottom of a healthy BMI to shoot for.
  • Thank you :flowerforyou:
  • I net way below my BMR, but since I'm recovering from an eating disorder I'm trying not to worry about it. If I force myself to eat more I know I'm going to relapse (tried it), so it's actually healthier for me this way. Eventually I'd like to net way above it, but it's hard right now...
  • We call the snack before bed supper, and for that I'm having half a grapefruit. But for TEA  I had tom yum soup with squid, prawns, and mussels ladelled over rice vermicelli, mmm
  • Loool my boyfriend's mum has cucumber, grated carrot, tomato, boiled egg, and HOT DOGS and calls it a salad. Bless her.
  • Tea - helps with sooo many different things; stress, hunger, cold, etc. Avocados - I'd never had one until about a week ago but I've had half every day since, lool, I can't stop Porridge - I have mine with grated apple and cinnamon and it tastes like a pudding "Milkshakes" - just frozen banana, milk and a drop of vanilla…
