Keep it up, Di! Good job! I am fine. Stressing over work and holidays, but overall I am good. Up 2 lbs this week and not very happy about it!

You are amazing!

You can say that over, over and OVER again....This whole weight loss/exercising undertaking is a major MENTAL struggle. But, we are all doing it! Thanks for being such a GREAT cheerleader, Orphia!

OUTSTANDING, DI!!!

This is true.

Move over...I am in the pit in the dark, too.

Great to hear! You CAN do this!

Hi, Jachmann, and welcome to the group! It looks like Loren has taken good care of you. Go at your own pace. When I "run," it's only at 3.0 mph on the treadmill. I am short, my legs are short and anything faster (at this point) has me huffing and puffing. In fact, C25K experts say that if you can run any slower than you…

Good plan! I am repeating Week 5 so that I have it solidly under my belt.
-
FANTASTIC!

Since I've been away for a few weeks, I am repeating W5D3 tonight. I am not looking forward to 20 minutes straight either!
-
You ROCK, Orphia!

Miami Beach for 2 weeks...needed it!

It's not a race...repeat weeks as many times you want/need. It will make you a stronger runner. That's the beauty of C25K, you can finish the program and start over at Week 1, complete the program, and do it over and over and over. It gets easier each time.

Glad you didn't die...that would be a real buzz kill! B)

You are doing so well! How are you feeling? Will start resting tomorrow. Going on vacation Nov 3 - 13th. Can't wait.

You are doing so well! Goooo, Di! I have resorted ro wearing sneakers to work -- the foot is still tender bit is slowly feeling better. If I walk a lot during the day, my foot hurts when I take my shoes off at the end of the day. Going on vacay tomorrow and hope to stay off it a bit more.

It is soooo true!

Good job!!!

Thanks, Mangsney, I will be here, cheering from the sidelines. I am going to swim in the meantime. I will still post workouts and resume with Week 5 when I am "cleared."

Welcome to the group, Jeantelle! Love your enthusiasm! TAKE YOUR TIME...we are all at different phases of the program. Some people like to repeat weeks until they feel they've gotten them mastered. As far as tendons go, make sure you stretch real good before you start jogging and then again when you're done. I just found…
-
...and there you go!
-
Go at your own pace, Mansney...we'll be here! :)
-
Keep on, keeping on, everyone!

I did W4, D3, and it was (gulp...can't believe I am saying this), it was a breeze! Something's happening to my brain and body...I am ENJOYING the challenge... How about YOU? Have you noticed any changes since starting C25K?
