Thank you for your input! I love the changing the profile pic every 10 lbs. I will do the same! I really like that!

Thank you to EVERYONE for sharing their goals. It's broadened my mind. I will work on this over the weekend. I have 4 more goals to come up with. Along with being an instant gratifier with food (thus, considered morbidly obese at 212 lbs), I also pretty much buy or do whatever I want regardless. So to come up with…

Having someone else reward you, especially your significant other, must feel GREAT!!!

Massages are great! That is my 20 lb goal! Didn't occur to me I could use a reward more than once. See, everyone is opening my eyes! Thank you for taking the time to reply!

FANTASTIC!!! You are rockin!
-
..and how will you recognize/celebrate the 10lb achievement...I am at 8 lbs and have to think up a reward soon. :)
-
THAT is an excellent point! Thank you!

All great ideas!!!

Please feel free to add me. I find it very motivating to see the news feed with activity on it other than my own. ;) 7 lbs down...63 to go...I CAN do it!!! We're all in this together.

I could use some MFP friends. I have lost 7 lbs on MFP and have approximately 63 lbs to go to reach my goal of 150. I am tracking calories and exercise to make sure I have a deficit at the end of each day. Being 50, this is a lot harder than losing weight in my 20's. That's FOR SURE! ;)

EXCELLENT article! Thank you!

I haven't been to the gym in 6 months because I am recovering from a severe concussion; however, I do have to walk and move everyday, that's why I was thinking of a fitness tracker. Your snarky response is neither informational nor appreciated. Be nice.

Thank you, everyone, for taking the time to reply. I just purchased the Garmin Vivofit because I like the idea of not having to charge it and it is very water resistant (50m). This way, if I wear it when I am swimming and forget to take it off, I am not SOL. I used my Polar FT7 with a HRM chest strap when I am walking or…

That was absolutely funny! Thanks for taking the time to make me laugh!

Rockin' body!

@leah_brooke The 2nd photo in red shirt. Great closeup!

Looking at your profile, you've already lost about 25 lbs. Has there been a profound effect on your Babylons? If they are pretty much the same, you probably have real boobies. Mine are just fat, so they are first to go in weight loss.

Are you eating ENOUGH calories? Just making sure that you are not dizzy and nauseated from working out 5 days straight. As long as you are eating enough calories to cover your exercise burn, just do what you can handle. You will know if you need to stop. Make sure you are pushing a lot of water as well.

BIG change in your face! You are beautiful!
-
Step 1: Read all the posts under "Motivation and Support." Step 2: Read some MFP blogs Step 3: Reach down deep within and ask yourself how bad do you want it.
-
Congrats on this major accomplishment!
-
You've lost HALF of yourself! Unbelievable! Wonderful transformation. Congratulations!~
-
Looking GOOD! Keep up the awesome work!
-
Your story is absolutely exhilarating. Thank you for sharing! I am stoked.

The bigger question is why are you even reading posts about menstrual pain/working out?!?
-
OMG! I am laughing my *kitten* off!

Can't see your pics, but CONGRATS on breaking out of the 200s!!!
