www.skinnytaste.com has healthy recipes that don't cut the flavor. I'm sure there is something there for pork tenderloin!

I am so jealous! you look AMAZING! I want to be exactly where you are right now. I can't seem to lose my fatty love handles or inner thighs either. or that pouch on my lower abs. I wouldn't change a thing if i were you. Once again I'm so insanely jealous!! also, try Pilates moves with two minutes of cardio in between every…

Drink lemon water. Its a natural cleanser and will help rid the bloating (it helps in getting rid of excess salt/sodium that attributes to bloating).

eat a good breakfast (maybe with a little more calories than you're used to since you won't get the smaller meal between breakfast and lunch.) Then bring a filling but healthy lunch (salads are always good filling wise, maybe add chicken for protein or tuna. or a chicken wrap of sorts (tortilla wraps are high calorie but…

mint.com is great

Thats wonderful! I've just started the 30 day shred. Its 2 min of cardio, 1 min of strength and 1 min of abs with no break in between. so i think that's intervals (not sure though) But i also run and I'm needing to lose 15-20 pounds so I may try that. It sounds challenging and I'm on a plateau and need to get off it quick.…

eat a light snack like a granola bar or fruit. drink the water SLOWLY and in small amounts. too much water will make you sick.

Never heard of it. But I would love to know more about! :)

try something with thin crust for sure, bell peppers and chicken or a veggie type pizza. ps: way to go on your weight loss!!

I was just thinking the same thing! I had raisin bran, skim milk, some toast with strawberry jam, and an orange... I have no idea how to go about cutting sugar. I'm sure that's the reason why my weight hasn't changed.
-
I think you should lose the weight, or at least be healthy, it'll make it easier to lose the weight after your pregnancy and make your pregnancy healthier than what it would be now. :) just my opinion, I'm not a mother or plan on being one soon, at least none until after college.

Congratulations!! Thats such a great accomplishment! I was happy with I lost 0.25" around my calves. lol
-
My goal weight is 115 as well!! I started out at 131. its so difficult to lose even just a pound because I'm technically in the healthy range for my height (I'm 5'3") but its at the high end. and I want to be in the middle and not be so worn out walking around campus. Now though I'm not so worried about numbers - unless…

Don't forget- muscle weighs more than fat! :) stay motivated. and I agree that its more than likely water weight as well.

Holy crap!!! I am about to start day 2... I'm so dang sore after yesterday. holy crap! My calves and glutes are so sore I don't know how I'm going to do it today. just grin and bear it I guess. I do love the dance cardio. and the Mat work. I don't have 3 pound weights at the moment so i just use to full bottles of water…

I usually eat a granola bar before I go running. then another after I'm finished. I eat the Nature Valley crunchy honey and oat granola bars. They have two bars per packet and they are 95 calories a piece. drink most of the water after you run (of course). and I don't really wait that long, if at all
-
wow.. I understand the exercise part fine... But 700 calories a day? No thanks. definitely not healthy.

how come?

If you want to read more about it her website is: tracyandersonmethod.com

That is true. Breakfast is super important. and working out on an empty stomach is no good - which is why i eat a granola bar. then have a small breakfast snack after I run. But I should get some better breakfast options in there as well. And I'll look into protein powder: its not going to make me buff is it? lol I don't…

I'm a college student living in the dorms. Its super hard to cook food - no space to store food, the "community kitchen" is hard to cook in because the stove/oven is so outdated, doesnt work half the time and is usually full of people baking cookies. lol The eating out part - quiznos for example - is what is offered here…

I have them as well (I'm only 19). I believe mine are from growing up. I have them on my hips and thighs. I can't ever remember a time I haven't had them actually. They are almost all faded now though and hardly noticeable. If you're worried try a skin firming lotion or cream - I use Jergen's Skin firming lotion (at…

yes! be sure to intake lots of protein and green tea! besides being super good for you green tea has caffeine that speeds up your metabolism for a few hours which in turn will burn more fat! :) best of luck!!
-
try protein shakes. you can make a regular shake, then buy some protein powder to add to it. plus you'll burn fat longer because protein is good for that
-
Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. getting your heart rate up and that fat a burning. I'm in the same boat you are now. I have ab muscle built up but belly fat and love handles covering them all up. All the research I've done says to incorporate cardio into your workout (running, aerobics, dance).
-
dont look at the clock! try setting a kitchen timer instead. so you only know how long you have left when it dings and your done!
-
Make time for Green Tea at least once a day, besides being super good for you, (and zero calories if you buy the tea bags and make your own! or buy diet bottles of green tea) it has caffeine in it and it boosts your metabolism for at least 4-5 hours. I drink some as soon as I wake up because I workout in the mornings. then…
