I had a similar problem when I was in high school. I had knee surgery, and my PT always pushed me to bike more. He said stationary bikes are great for popping and grinding.

You have to look at it as a lifestyle change more than a diet! You can do it! I feel so overwhelmed sometimes, but everyone here is so supportive. I eat raw veggies for breakfast or oatmeal. I can't eat anything else early in the morning! I'm the same way, if I eat after ten, I'm ok, but anything other than raw veggies and oatmeal make me sick if eaten earlier in the morning. I don't know what it is.

Next month I think I'm going to do 30 day shred for 30 days straight, and also do Banish Fat boost Metabolism every other day.

I'm on day 6 of Level 1. So far I've done it straight through. I even did it twice one day. I've found that I need to stretch more after her cool down. I don't think those 2 minutes are enough. I spend more time doing each of the stretches she does, and then I add some different ones also. It feels a lot better.

I have Just Dance. It's a really fun game and you get some exercise, but, for me personally, I didn't think it was as good as the other ones. There's a lot of stopping between songs where my heart rate would go down. That's just me though. My sister loves working out with it.
