How does everyone get such cool graphs?! This is exactly what I am after. I go to 'reports' and choose the 'weight' report and get a very basic graph where its difficult to see the loss due to the large scale. How do I get these formats?!

Dont go there. The high of not feeling hungry is addictive. However your body is smarter than that and cannot be fooled - it stores up all that hunger for later - even months later. The only answer is calorie intake and exercise. Not what you want to hear.

No, you cant stay overweight forever, and you wont. This was one day. Next time, binge on the healthier stuff in your cupboard and set a calorie limit to your binge - for example 800 calories.
