I have that same problem - super nauseous with morning workouts. With work and kids, I would love to complete in the morning, but I just feel better working out later in the day. I agree to do what works for you!

I hope you feel better! :flowerforyou: I would try to follow calories, but maybe give exercise a rest.

My goal is by the end of summer/August... allow for enjoying a few summer events, but being their before the fall kicks off. :)

I've had back surgery, so I'm in for the knees-version!

Thanks! :) I did end up eating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to the tune of 200 calories, but way better than a 800+ calorie dessert out... baby steps!

Hmmm - can't even picture a worm brownie... just delicious brownie.

I'm hopeful by Halloween I'll be there... then figure out how to somewhat maintain through the holidays... I already picture my going over with a big piece of pumpkin pie. Maybe I can start some light weights... to keep the calories burning a little longer.

I'd be glad to create a group and add everyone, but am a newbie. Are there instructions anywhere?

This is me, too! So glad to see this post. I struggle a bit because my calorie allotment for the days is only 1200 calories - and I'm only supposed to see less than a pound a week loss. My ticker is wrong (somehow got off track) - I've lost 2 pounds, but that took awhile. Motivation is slow when you have to wait a while…

Not this weekend - but I am going to Boston for work in August. What hotel? Sounds wonderful!

Thanks! I'm planning a splurge this weekend on something with chocolate! :) Since I can't add much exercise to my routine (back surgery / degenerative discs), I'm stuck with a 1,200 calorie a day limit according to myfitnesspal. Saving up for a splurge means half a days calories, but maybe I'll just take a day off once…

I'm in - 50 miles in May. Love this idea.
