That's an encouraging thought! My husband did notice my jeans were lose about about an inchof fabric right across the thighs where it had been super tight before. I guess I better get out the measuring tape so I can track those other inches!

I totally agree with this. I was once told by trainer that based on my blood type I should eat more carbs. Oddly enough when I eat carbs I gain weight and feel terrible. I think I will use my own brain thanks. But yeah, not special.
