Hello Just started the Fitness Pal 5 days ago. Already lost 3 pounds. I'm sure water weight. Love this calories counting. My problem was to many calories a day. I'm 51 and want to loose 15 pounds started @ 160 so excited to do this. Going on a cruise in 20 days and excited to see results. Love this site.
