Yes. I was really in for building muscle to increase metabolism. At any rate, I'm going to continue to lift and eat healthy 85% of the time. Lifting is good for my mood.

I had the same issue with my left hip. I used the elliptical I'm place of my run for a few weeks and then went back to running without any pain. I found that if I stick to the same running shoes I have less issues over all. New shoes for me cause problems.

That's strange. I have not have a problem so far with both apps syncing. It gives me so many extra calories that I can't eat them all back. I have the zip.

5'9" currently 176.9 lbs. Goal is 155 lbs.

I counted out 15 potato chips and threw the rest in the garbage. I got them out the garbage to eat more. I am so ashamed.

I did this diet right before weigh in time. I was in the USAF. I lost weight for the weigh in but at the time I may have only been 5 to 10 lbs over weight. I think it is a good way to kick start a diet. Its like intermittent fasting.

Back when I was over 200 lbs I did not do ANY exercise at all. I lost weight by counting calories alone. I started working out when I hit a plateau at 190. You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure, you can do it without any exercise, however, exercise is great to de-stress. Exercise just feels so good. It may be good for you right before a big exam.

I wanna join! I would like to get better with my logging and keep my carbs low. I am in love with lifting, it makes me a happier person. I am a wife and mother of 4. Ages 16, 15, 8 and 3.

For me, all holidays and bithdays is diet free or I just dont count calories. I find that I can't eat as much as I used to.

Eat a bowl of veggies when you get hungry. I also drink lots of green tea without sugar. It curbs my appetite.

Eat. Listen to your body. Go to a seven eleven and get a peice of fruit. The vending machine selections only make you hangry.

I love IF!! 16/8 is what works for me. I also lift in my fasted state and it feels great! I am not hungry in the morning at all now.

I am doing low carb. It is what works best for me, so please add me. But tonight I am having wine and beer. Going to see fleetwood Mac. Tomorrow is my birthday and I am going to eat cake. I am going to eat that cake so good!!!! Then back to business. Diary is always open. :drinker:
