5'3 SW: 196 CW: 148 GW: 140 Been at this about a year, had the most success hovering between 1200-1500 calories depending on my activity level on any given day.

Awesome, I didn't catch that after credits scene either. :)

Eh, could be anything, I wouldn't stress it. Doubt it's actual weight. Could be something you ate, I've been known to fill up on veggies and if I go weigh myself right after it'll show a gain. Doesn't mean I gained a pound, means there is something that weighs a pound being processed, as it were. Also, TOM. I don't even…

About 35 lbs, then slowed down, losing more gradually. I blame the heat for that plateau, I wasn't out walking like I had been prior to the heat snap.

I'll second this. If I even look at alcohol, I'll gain a pound or two that will follow me around the next couple days. Of course one Coors Light doesn't have that many calories, it just causes me to retain water. Drink a bunch of water, and see if flushing the pipes doesn't do something for you.

Nah, one of those fold up step-ladders, lol. Cupboards should come with an elevator or something. I'm tired of climbing on the counter.

I'm 28, and stand around 5'3 and some change. I'm aiming for somewhere the mid 130's, have about 40 lbs to go now. :)

My new clothes are my old new clothes, if that makes sense. When I lost weight about two years ago I managed to hit a great sale midseason, and practically walked away with a brand new summer wardrobe. Fast forward to summer 2012, and I couldn't wear any of it. Hopefully I'll be back in them sometime in July, so I can get…

Eh, I don't take it as gospel. I kind of just use it as an idea of what I may have burned. Besides, I'm not clocking my 'brisk walk' to make sure I'm actually doing 3.5 miles an hour steadily. I'm not a robot. I walk pretty fast pretty consistently, but I also slow down to go around stuff that might be in my way, speed up…

I'm in. I don't really work out, but I'm a weird sort of lazy in that if I can walk to a place in a reasonable amount of time and don't have to lug a bunch of stuff back with me I'll decide to walk rather than drive. I probably average about 40 minutes a day. Kind of off topic, but has anyone had a problem with walking and…

Maybe it wasn't critically acclaimed, but the original Last House on the Left seems to be often cited as a classic must-see film by horror fans, and honestly I have no idea why. It was a horrible, boring, waste of time I'll never ever get back.

Depends on what we're calling junk food. I'm sure most of what I eat might seem like junk to some, but to me junk food is more like snacks. Stuff like chips, cookies, soda, candy, and what have you. The kind of stuff your mom would tell you not to fill up on and spoil your dinner with. I don't make a habit of eating any of…

I'll probably sit this one out, honestly. The first one didn't really speak to me enough to make me interested in a sequel. DK though, if it gets good reviews I might wait for it to go to instant view or something.

I tend to lose and gain fairly evenly from what I've seen, but if pressed I'd say it's most noticeable in my face and rear end for whatever reason. I lose the jut butt pretty quickly it seems.

I weigh daily just because I like to, and my scale will read vary up to 5-6 lbs either way if it's moved even an inch from where I weigh in at. If I get a reading that seems 'off' by too much I'll make sure it's lined up perfectly with the tile line that I use to make sure it's in the right spot. That usually fixes it, but…

I'd tell them that the position for my stalker has been currently filled. If they still intend to stalk, they have to take it up with him. Maybe flip for it, IDK. He's pretty good though, gotta say. I just wish he'd stop drilling holes into my ceiling to watch me while I sleep. I'm running out of gum and sticky notes to…

When I do tuna, I mix in half an avocado, a tsp of olive oil, a handful of dried cranberries, finely chopped red bell peppers, white onion, and green apples, a squeeze of lemon, and about a tablespoon of pepitos. Then some freshly ground black pepper. That makes about 3 very good sized sandwiches. :)

You hit the nail on the head. Different strokes for different folks. I don't care if someone is eating 1200 or 3200, if that's what works for them, more power to them. And for the record, after the first three days of adjusting, I am almost never hungry by the time I finish my day. If I am, I'll eat more. I don't really…

This, exactly. I'm 5'3 and a half in my stocking feet, and I am as lazy as the day is long when it comes to working out. That's why all my exercise is logged as either walking or house work, because I don't work out. I also was told by my doctor when I asked him about wanting to lose weight because I was borderline…

1200 a day for me also. I'm short, and not terribly active. I find drinking plenty of water helps, and after the first week or so you don't feel the desire to eat much more than 1200. I don't even make it there some days, but I try.
-
Strangely enough, drinking a lot of water will take it right off within a couple days.

This one is about two hours old.

Loved Linnea Quigley in Silent Night, Deadly Night, as well as Trash in Return of the Living Dead. Both great flicks. If you haven't seen Sleepaway Camp with Felissa Rose, I heartily recommend that one too.
