I have a tough time drinking 8 glasses of water a day.....so I've discovered that if I use one of the flavor packets it is very enjoyable....only 5 calories each packet and it makes me think I'm drinking something other than water...just thought I'd pass that information along in case it helps anyone else.Have a great day!…

I have been using the program for only 3 weeks now and am a very long way from my goal...I have another 100 lbs to shed....10 lbs gone so far so I'm very happy about it! I joined the challenge but was wondering who has lost the most weight counting calories....????? Any takers for some well deserved congratulations??…

I sympathize with you. I am good all day at work but the night time after dinner is the worst for me too. I think the best solution is to get all the junk out of the house and only have low calorie snacks available. Jello pudding cups are only 100 calories, and there are a host of other 100 calorie snack packs out there…

A new life...a new beginning....that's what I need.... I have to lose a little over 100 lbs to reach my goal weight so count me in for this challenge too. I have a large amount of weight to lose though....most likely a year's worth...that's why I am wondering if sticking to the same amount of calories throughout the entire time applies for me too......:drinker:

I just started this week and was wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question. If at my starting weight I am allowed 1320 calories a day, as I lose weight do I have to redo the BMR to adjust my calories to continue to lose? Or do I just stay with the original set amount of calories throughout my entire diet plan?…

Hi, I'm new here and was so excited to find this site while doing a search. I am currently 268 lbs and need to lose 118 to be where I should be.
