I have been using the program for only 3 weeks now and am a very long way from my goal...I have another 100 lbs to shed....10 lbs gone so far so I'm very happy about it! water flavor packets...
I have a tough time drinking 8 glasses of water a day.....so I've discovered that if I use one of the flavor packets it is very enjoyable....only 5 calories each packet and it makes me think I'm drinking something other than water...just thought I'd pass that information along in case it helps anyone else.Have a great day!…

If at my starting weight I am allowed 1320 calories a day, as I lose weight do I have to redo the BMR to adjust my calories to continue to lose?
