  • Just done day 3 of level 2 I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT!!! Its so much harder then level 1 :( hoping it starts getting easier in the next few days!!!

  • Day 6 (forgot to measure before starting): Height: 5ft7in Weight: 10st9lb Bust: 36in Under bust: 31in Waist: 29in Belly (round the love handles and podge!): 36in Hips: 40in Thigh: 22.5in Upper arm: 10.5in UK Size 12 Still waiting for the love handles to start shrinking :(
  • Day 6 done (took bank holiday weekend off as I went away) and managed to do all the pushups without a break WOOHOO!! Still can't do all of the lunges but almost there :) actually started looking forward to my exercise!

  • I'm 21 from England, trying to get into shape before graduating in July!! Could really do with some motivation at the moment (trying to fit exercise between revision and avoiding the beer garden in this gorgeous weather :ohwell: ) please feel free to add :)
  • I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!!!! I finally completed the week 4 run, both 5 minute jogs and everything!!! The buzz of finally achieving it completely makes my aching legs worth it. I'm back in love with running :D
  • Day 2 done and managed to finish all of the strength exercises just about this time around (had to sit half out day 1 because I couldn't do it)!! Was hard but now I've done it, feel much better for it :D hopefully it'll keep getting easier!!

  • I'm going to have a rest day today and then tomorrow I'll attempt it again. I WILL do it tomorrow!!! I'm determined, even if its just a shuffle! Its a mixture of aching legs and I have mild asthma which goes crazy when I exercise so it feels like my lungs are going to explode!
  • Just done day 1...OMG my arms are so weak!!! The push ups are a killer!! Hoping it gets easier!!!!
  • I'm stuck after week 3 :( I get through the first 3 minute run OK on week 4 but can't manage even the first 5 minute run all the way through. I spent another week on week 3 but it hasn't gotten any easier and I'm starting to lose motivation to continue...any advice??
