Hi there, I went about 4 weeks without losing anything. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1700 (from losing 2 lbs a week to 1) and that jump started me again. It seems that my calories were too low and I was into starvation mode. Everyones different, but this is what worked for me.

Wishbone also has a low calorie salad dressing, I think 15 calories for 2 tbsp.
