I like soda but I don't drink a lot of it. I love ginger ale and dr pepper. I do not drink diet sodas. IF you really want a soda, just have a regular one. My favorite thing is to get the mini cans, that is enough to enjoy the flavor but not overdo it.

I'm going on another cruise in December and then again in february. It will be a true testament if I can maintain weight. I think the trick is going to be keeping very active. Think of the buffet as "thanksgiving practice" everything is available to eat, only choose what is worth the calories to you. :)

If you really want it figure out the calories and decide if you can only afford 1/2 of it in your daily count or not. I have heard of some people who are lactose intolerant who are able to have raw milk and raw cheese. The good digestive enzymes in the milk products are not cooked out of the raw milk so it isn't trouble to digest. If you are ever feeling bold try and see if you are able.
