I have long heard the rule “don’t eat after 7” or “no carbs after 7” but I haven’t come across any information to back that up. I would love to know who believes/disbelieves in that rule and why? Just had in body evaluation done, now how to work with my numbers?
Today I had the in body machine calculate my total body water, dry lean mass, body fat mass etc. Is there a place I can take my official BMR and bf% and calculate my tdee? Wasn't there a general rule about how much protein I should be eating based on lean body mass? Thanks!!

Backs of knees ?
The back of my knees/ upper calves/ lower thigh is VERY tight… if I do jump rope they hurt after about 15. It hurts to sit on the floor with my legs strait in front of me. Are there some good stretches or exercise I can do to improve that area?

Rice in slow cooker ?
