Weight Training

Options
So I have not used weights since high school, (other than 2 pound weights to go with aerobics, but obviously not for weight training) Is there a good website or workout you would suggest someone just getting started who has not done any in forever? .

    If you are looking to get into the "heavy lifting" then I would highly recommend a beginner program like Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength. There is a fantastic group here on MFP called Stronglifts 5x5 for Women with stickies about the program or you can also go to www.stronglifts.com.
