Nutrition packed "fast food"

I forgot to eat breakfast today and am running out of time for lunch - we all have busy days like that. I mixed together a new protein shake combo, because I am out of frozen berries and any other fruit.

3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop protein powder (i used gnc lean 25)
a dash of cinnamon
6oz greek plain yogurt

Normally I use fruit so this was a new concept.. it tastes like a banana pudding.. thank me later!

(Yes, it's 475 calories, but remember, I forgot breakfast and don't have time to eat a lunch today)

    Oh yeah, and 37 Grams Of protein!! Mine is usually low every day- this might be the answer to it.
