I pretty well stay below or at 1200 calories a day. Never usually go above 1300 calories and I find I am definitely eating enough. I'm never really starving. i JUST switched mine from private to just friends. I don't have anything to hide, if anything I welcome tips and advice from people. It was nerve wracking but we'll see what happens.

thanks for the adds! 30lbs so far, not 60 :) first 10 came off really quick, probably "water" weight so I've been told. Then through the month of May I pretty well consistently lost 5lbs a week. Been using my fitness pal to track my food and have been working out at the gym :)

DONT go to Famoso lol I was pretty disappointed when I punched the pizza i wanted into my fitness pal last night. ridiculous amount of calories.
