  • I have always had a higher resting heart rate - used to be 100-110 when I smoked.   • Try Bikram yoga - it is great for flexibility and relaxation, but also burns about 1000 calories per class (90 minutes)!! If you can handle being in 104 degrees for 90 minutes, you can definitely lose weight doing this type of yoga!

  • I'm in - I had been doing pretty well, staying away from fast foods for a while, until I had some this weekend, and I felt gross after eating it! I'm going to take on this challenge for February!
