-
Way too low dude, I'd say eat atleast 1800, I find it difficult eating only 2000-2400 depending on my exercise.
-
Yeah I'd say hang out at the beach, nice tan!

I do 4/5 I've tryed doing more but you just burn yourself especially if you're doing weight lifting and other cardio too.
-
Well that sucks, you certainly can't lose while surplus because my bodyfat doesn't change.
-
Quite a few people saying you can and I agree I'll try and aim for -200-300 and see what the results are like.
-
I've read through scoobys info, he does say you can gain muscle on a deficit but I really don't know I've always eaten around even, recently dropping to 200 calorie deficit to try and drop my body fat.
-
I'd have to agree with liftingmommy.

I use Optimum Health Ultimate Whey Protein because it works out £17.50 per 77 servings if you buy 4 in bulk (£71) 21grams of protein and not a lot else, from discountsupplements, my favourite one is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey but £47 per 77 servings is ridiculous hence why I stopped buying it.
-
Well if you're really lacking that motivation caffeine pills, or just coffee, craze or c4 extreme pre-workouts also help get me going but that's just personal preference. If that's not the case then you obviously aren't really that fussed with the gym? also you mentioned PR's I lift because I enjoy it more than wanting to…

3 doors down - Citizen soldier - Most motivating song I've ever listened to!

The gym is my favourite part of the day, what better feeling can you get then being all pumped up? :)

Great commitment, and you look stunning.
