No problem

It took 11 weeks, I started at 200lbs, end weight was 173lbs. I dropped the oats from 100grams to 75grams after a while, diet fluctuated from 2100-2300 calories. On a Sunday I ate one cheat meal and had something different for tea, I found that helped me keep on track with the diet.

I lift weights 5 x a week and cycle 4-5 days a week 5 miles. My diet was what worked for me, not saying it's right for anyone but myself, I usually hit 2200 calories a day. This is what I eat when cutting fat; • Meal 1 100g oats, 1 chopped Apple • Meal 2 5 egg whites 1 yolks Turkey breast, 80g • Meal 3 / post workout 1…

Yeah a lot people don't understand that everyone has their own goals, no matter what you may deem more attractive..
-
Not really no haha! Just consistency and keep to what diet works for you.

I think calorie counting is far better, you can control your weightloss to 1-2lbs and maintain muscle mass, far better then something like slimmingworld where you'll yo yo diet and lose 4lbs one week and gain a few the next...
-
Then what's stopping you bud :) Thanks for the comments!

Update
-
I mixed it up really 8-15 reps depending on the excersize. I focus on building muscle but on a low calorie diet and I lost over 10 kg so my strength decreased. Some days 2, some 1 and abs 3 times a week.

Thank you
-
Yeah 1 and 1/2 hours of weight training each day. 5 miles cycling to work, I someday soon did 15 mins running or walking if I didn't cycle. My diet my very clean and high protein.

I'm really Into bodybuilding, so I just lift 5 days a week. I also cycle 5 miles to work each day, total of 25 miles a week, that's my only cardio really beside general walking.
