Yeah that's good if you can cope with that, but aslong as she's on calorie deficit she should lose weight, me myself I find you crave if you don't eat back your used calories, but that's me.

Yeah you should and I'd say 300-500 calorie deficit is good, if you're losing fat. Food = Fuel.

Well a good start would be changing the coke to water, and coffee only :) sugars mainly should come from fruit.

Fruits are healthy so yes I don't see why not... but like everything in moderation.

A decent pair of trainers, Try to run further each day, really isn't much else to say :) I can run 3 miles in 17mins now, when I started a year ago a couple hundred yards and I was dieing, it depends if you're going jogging or high Intensity, I prefer running quickly as jogging is boring.
