                Any activity is a good start! Usually at least 30 mins will get your heart rate up. And I know how that boxing game can be! I do turbofire which is like kickboxing and after playing that game for about ten minutes I was crazy sore the whole next day! It is a great upper body workout!

                I do have a question though. You mention not eating white carbs and hfcs but do you avoid them on your spike day? It seems like it would be a bit harder especially if you are eating out.

                Lack of magnesium was my issue, I take a supplement now and it has totally stomped that issue out. If you go that route make sure to get a chelated magnesium citrate or chelated magnesium glycinate. The oxide version is useless and the glycinate is the best of the two I listed by far.

                I was just on that site yesterday. I am really considering zig-zagging my calories but I am going to wait until my winter break is over so I can count on a good daily burn plus exercise. The only thing I don't like about that calculator is there is no six workouts a week option. Have you had success with zig-zagging?
