chuffed... managed 70 at boot camp last night along with all my other stuff (boxercise) and cant beleive it but i actually managed 100 this morning, then added 50 ab crunches and 30 squats (Knee is shot so had to stop) !! woo hoo :)

Depending on how bad your knees are cycling can be good for you, but it can also add stress to the knee if you push too hard. However some exercise is better than no exercise. I would do what you can at a level you can manage. Cycling can and does help on the cellulite, but it wont get rid of it completely, I have lived…

I am trying Herbalife at the moment, but I commute to work by bike, so I have a cup of tea and a banana at home, then after my 6.5mile ride I have a shake in the office... Seems to be working for me at the moment.
