  • I was not good at lunch today (ordered in for a co-worker's birthday) and I feel like crap! Don't cave...you don't want to feel like me, I promise. If your calorie load was lite for lunch then maybe have a more filling snack. On days like that I have a wedge of Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese (40 calories for a wedge)…
