  • Trust me if you ate breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner you had a prpoer intake(maybe more). These calorie estimates are not EXACT. As long as you never go over 2000 calories you are fine!!!!!
  • You will get to that goal I know you can if you just stick by your goal. A good tip I can give you that I do is every week increase your excercise by double, whether it is running half as long in time or in distance. You get it? This will give you quicker more effective results. :happy:

  • When most food labels say 2000, it refers to the average of every person who intakes it. However, when the site on here gives you a certain amount of calories to intake it refers to the calories YOU should take in according to how fast you want to lose weight and how much weight you want to lose.

  • Yes, I am a very curvy young lady and I love my body. I have wide hips and I am who I am so I chose to accept my body. I slowly do things to get fit and fine, but we can not just reconstruct or body frames. So love yourself and your beautiful body(i'm sure)!!!!
