No interest in team sports and almost never watch TV. I occasionally will watch a football gave if visiting with friends. It's kind of fun to pull for the other team when your friends are fantical college football fans ;-) My interest is martial arts and running (more to burn calories so I can eat)

I've been running Endomondo on my 1st gen Motorola Droid. I really like it. I've had a few problems with locking onto gps signals, but I believe thats the Droid, not the App. I do a battery pull, and all the sudden it picks up the satellites great.

I've been doing Insanity workouts (45-60 mins) and I use the calories from MFP for…

I like the "old fashioned" oatmeal because I like the texture better than "quick" or "instant". I use a half cup apple juice plus half cup water to the half cup oats. The apple juice sweetens it up just right. I also throw in some raisins or craisins. And top it off with some pumpkin spice. 270 calories. Love it.

Timex and Polar make good inexpensive models. Timex has added benefitof having replaceable battery in chest strap. I'm using the Timex Ironman Personal Trainer that I got for about $80. The problem with Timex and Polar is the both use a proprietary calculation for "calories burned" that overestimates those calories by a…
