Every Monday morning having peeing and naked. And I record that weight. May weigh once during the week but not that often. I also rely on the tape measure too. I measure myself about once a month. I like to see the inches falling off too.

I myself eat what I want but in moderations. I was taught long time ago by Weight Watchers that this is not a diet. You are changing your life style and eating habits. I have just finished my 4th month of Zumba class and love it. Never did it with Wii. If you can move your arms and feet, you are dancing. I have the dvd's but have not done Zumba at home. I do other exercises when at home, just to shake things up a bit. Enjoy and remember to have FUN!!!!!!!!!!! :smile:
