  • I sure hope that when I'm 70ish I can still prop my leg up like that. I'm not that flexible now. lol
  • Ok guys, didn't mean to start anything crazy and I don't give a rats about JB, where did that come from anyway?. I was just concerned about sudden loss of appetite. the myfitpal gave me the 1310 calories as a goal for weight loss. It is working, slow and steady. I'm mid 50's and not doing body building, I take regular…
  • I find that a few pieces of fruit will put me way over on the sugars, but I am keeping within my calories and I am slowly losing weight. I even do an occasional fruit day, as a purge (once every couple of weeks) I wouldn't worry about it, if you are eating a balanced diet, and sticking to your calories, you will be fine.

I am not a medical person, so do your own…
  • I am very sensitive to MSG, early warning sign is becoming "stuffed up" and then I know to beat it home fast, as I will be in the bathroom for the next hour with stomach problems.
