Well...Looking at the bright side...atleast your loosing some before you gain. You could be just gaining like me, but atleast it's stopped. Exercising and eating better has stopped the gain, my goal now is to start rolling it back. I love this sight, it has it all.

Well, the tracking system is pretty thorough here...if there is a fixed calorie intake for your height & weight...it will tell you how many calories you have work off as exercise each week to loose 11 lbs a month. Given 10 lbs a month is totally do-able... I'd go for it :happy:

anything is possible. If you have the right combination. Even conservatively speaking...2 lbs a week adds up to 8 lbs a month... when next year is your event? My goal is 135 by my 40 year high school reunion in 2015 but I would like to go to the one in 2014. That gives me 14 months to loose 50 lbs...do-able :)
