My names Caleb and I came here cause I really wanna loose weight and loose it fast. Well, I don't really want to loose much, I weigh 205 right now but I wanna weigh 160, the thing is I really need to loose it fast for my college next year, I gained so much weight because of the medicine I was on, now I'm off though, I was just wondering if that's really possible? Even at my age

    anything is possible. If you have the right combination. Even conservatively speaking...2 lbs a week adds up to 8 lbs a month... when next year is your event? My goal is 135 by my 40 year high school reunion in 2015 but I would like to go to the one in 2014. That gives me 14 months to loose 50 lbs...do-able :)
  • Starts in 4 months so I have 4 months to loose 45 lbs which seems to be impossible,but as long as you stick to your diet and have the right mind set you can definitely do it!

    Well, the tracking system is pretty thorough here...if there is a fixed calorie intake for your height & weight...it will tell you how many calories you have work off as exercise each week to loose 11 lbs a month. Given 10 lbs a month is totally do-able... I'd go for it :happy:

    i am trying to loose about 50 lbs and want to lose it in about 4 maybe 5 months. maybe we can motivate each other! i was going to make a set exercise schedule for myself in the morning as well as a food plan so maybe seeing what each other come up with and helping each other will work?

    soooo how's it going. Did you survive the weekend without falling off the wagon? I'm still doing pretty good, hoping I can up my exercise a little at a time. My biggest downfall is boredom... I don't have any friends cuz I am new to town so I sit in my apartment and watch TV...for hours...with a tendency to snack. So what is your exercise schedule? How's your food plan going? I am studying to take a Teacher Exam, so atleast I'm not watching TV and the times passes faster. I am certified to teach Special Ed, but these days that's not enough...have to specialize in something...like K-4. You'd be surprised how much kids have to know these days and how quickly you loose information when you don't really use it.
