I used to as well. But now a started to eat 1-3 peices a day with jam or choc PB, and it works just fine!

If it's from chocolate, then it's from it's sodium. So, water retention, not fat.

Macros for clean bulking my man: Protein needs: 1 g per pound of lean body mass. Fat - 0.4-0.5 per pound of lean body mass. Then, take you maintainence calories, add (depends on how clean you want your bulk) 200-500, and get all the rest of the calories throught carbs. Simple, isn't it

I was joking. It's obvious, when men cut, we try to lose fat, while maintain/even gain muscle. Sometimes that happens, even the weight stays the same. (I went from 16 to 13 bodyfat in last month, losing only 1 kilo of overall weight)

You shouldn't even log you exercises in. 100-200 cals a day dont matter. Just find out what your maintanence calories are on training days/off days. Keep track on sodium as some people can gain a kilo or two of water overnight cause of too high sodium and it will confuse you for a couple of days. So, when you are able to…

Smith squats are weird as hell, if you have leg press - it would be better. I think even heavy lunges would be more useful.

Well, im pretty sure it does a good job on water, cause since i start taking creatine water increased just like it supposed to... BF is not VERY accurate, but i think it is much better than calipers...

Got it checked at the gym. I dont think my organs/bone grow fast enough to take them into account. I know my bodyfat. I was asking specifically about muscle mass.

So, i still can look at it as an indicator of muscle growth (say, monthly), since it is the only variable... Also, the food in your stomach is included i guess... But, if i check it at the same time in the morning, having consistant diet, it should not be a big difference, i think...

Craving usualy hapen on 7-10 day of my diet and cause binge eating of enourmous quantities of ice cream, muffins, chocolate bars, marmelade lollies, etc. Btw im on my 8th day of diet, still going strong.

post some pics so that i can tell you your bodyfat % and how much you need to lose approx to have flat stomach. I would recommend you to stop doing so much different... things, and focus on weight lifting (heavier than 8lb) and finish off with some cardio. All you need.

After around 2 months of training somewhat seriously (not counting 2 first monthes of f*kin around at the gym, not knowing what i was doing, even it still got me 4 % BF down) Saw kind of definition in shoulders, than chest, pecs, after that face

I could, if i knew exactly how to get enough protein and other stuff from something, that tastes good. But im too used to regular bodybuilding diet. In parts of day when i dont eat meat, i use whey.

looking at your picture, id say you are around 20% bodyfat. You will start seeing your abs once you get to around 12%, and better under 10%. So, lose approx 10-15 kgs.

For barbell squats, try moving your legs to similar position you would do sumo deadlifts with.
