Mine will either be red lentils (which taste over9000 times better than regular lentils) or beans (pinto, but im looking for new kinds). The rest comes from all the other food. Eating high protein as a vegan is easy as long as your total caloric expenditure is high

So... the nutrition claim on the back is in ml, im using my digital scale... the 1l packet shows to be 1040 g (it could just be overfilled). My main sources of sugar are fruits (which i know i shouldn't worry about), and honey. It is a natural source of sugar obviously, but it is so sweet, i don't think that it is very healthy... Should i take it into account of my 33 g of added sugar daily limit?

I just bought me scales, and while i was measuring milk in my 250 ml cup, my scale were showing 85. Are ml different to grams, or i just don't understand something? Also my cerial packet sais it is 300g, but when i put it in a scale it shows 123...
