Nutritional info on label VS internet data

So, i bought a pre-packeged lentil sachets, and before logging it in, i decided to compare label given info with general "lentil" stats. And the difference is quite significant - 80 calories per 100 grams of product! (difference in carbs and protein as well of course) And yes, both stats are given for dry uncooked product, and it is the same sort of lentil. Who should i trust? What would you do?

labels have to comply with laws, but any lunatic can post on a web site.0
