What is the healthiest option for someone with sweet tooth among regular sweets? (I know i can do some deserts at home using stevia and stuff, i'm talking real treats) What would give you the most flavour/texture/ .. just food to chew on for least amount of sugar, saturated fat and sodium?
*I try to keep a treat under 20g of sugar, and least amount of sat fat possible... So if i eat some type of marmelade, I end up only having like 5-6 pieces...

I like the little 100 cal bags of jelly tots and occasionally fruitellas - I think the fruitellas are about 160 cals but I really feel like I've had a treat when i eat them. Chocolate wise, good quality dark chocolate is lovely, a small piece satisfies the chocolate craving and it's quite good for you.0

Stevia is a crime. I don't touch it.
Soft jubes are cheap at 5 for 100cals. I know that's not really cheap, but I think it's the best you're going to get. Anything else will have less water and therefore be more calorie dense.
But one thing I'm really enjoying is raiding the dried fruits section of the supermarket. they're still sugar, they're still 'lollies' - but they actually have nutritional value and I find if I cut up my dried mango into enough pieces I can have five of them for 100 calories, too!0 -

Eat the sweets and fit them into your total daily calories
I personally love granola bars / oats bars etc to hiy my daily fiber . other than that I slip in whatever I want to eat . Normally a doughnut or 3 . still dropping body fat at a good rate0 -
Dry cereal is good--thinking maybe fruity or chocolate cheerios
if you want candy then maybe 10 peanut m&ms or a few raisinets
York peppermint patties0 -
I like to get the fun size candy bars and just have one a day. You dont need low calorie sweets, just fit the real ones into your day.0

If I want something sweet I make a microwave Apple. Core the apple leaving the bottom intact. Coat inside with cinnamon and then fill with oatmeal. Add a few tablespoons of water and nuke for 3-5 min until soft. If you want you can add a few table spoons of agave or maple syrup.0
