Great whey-protein sludge

2 scoops whey (doesnt work well with all flavours and brands, i used Optimum nutrition, any kind of chocolate, or cookies n cream. Vanilla ok, but not as good, other flavours dont really work)
1/2 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 TSPs of honey/some stevia
100 ml milk / water / mixture of both
60 g oats
15 g peanut butter (pre workout i use 10g, usually 15-20g)
mix properly
Last, add 150g frozen blueberries/other berries.

Been eating this every day for a while, doesn't get old! Used double rich choc flavour, now cookies and cream.
