If it was stored as cabohydrate with associated water (rather than fat) the weight gain will be higher but fairly temporary.0 -
Yep - carbs are stored with water, and so is sodium. So you can eat 1000 cals above maintenance and put on more than 130 grams of weight, because of the stored water.0
