Cheap liquid calories sources

Well im not willing to drink sugary drinks (I just hate empty calories and suspecting diabetic), and I want to cut dairy out since I feel that I am lactose intolerant. Im having hard time eating/pushing out 3500 calories cutting, when switching to bulk in a few monthes I don't know how am I going to handle 4400, this is why im asking. Much appreciate any ideas.

REAL fresh pressed Coconut milk mixed with protein powder of your choice (even whey protein powder is well tolerated by the majority of lactose intolerant people) add a banana and 4Tablespoons nut butter... Without doing the math and looking up exact calorie count, I'd estimate that this has about 1100 calories (550 from a cup of coconut milk alone).

Whey is well tolerated by lactose intolerant people lmao tell me another story! Protein powders are an expensive luxury for those who dont know what to spend their money on. Mmm where am I going to get fresh pressed coconut milk, especially for free? Sorry I may sound angry I'm not and thanks for suggestions

Nothing is free and coconut milk runs about the same as that dairy you've decided to stop drinking would.. unfortunately, for liquid calorie sources, you're pretty much stuck to buying that "expensive luxury" of a protein powder (which isn't that expensive and a great source of protein for those who have trouble reaching those goals), or juicing (which won't be very balanced to get high calorie because of the carbs in fruit).

Add calorie dense foods to your meals - olive oil, nuts, etc. have a lot of calories without a lot of bulk.

Im looking for carbs in drinks, not fats, cause im going bulk on high calories, while keeping fats to minimum (as everyone should). Ill see if i can get my hands on coconuts though, thanks

Do you *kitten* your brains out when you eat dairy? There's your lactose intolerance diagnosis. Mostly all liquid calories come from carbs. Eat beef ravioli and stop being a girl.

Do your research, you idiot, before you making such ignorant statements. Why would anyone in their right mind want to poison their body?

Yep, calling someone an idiot is going to get you real far. :|

It would seem as though he is. He clearly knows all the things, except what to drink. Pardon me while I go roll my eyes and have a glass of milk.

What's wrong with being a girl? I think I'm pretty awesome. It's more of a compliment than an insult, really. (*)

In the future you need to provide more details when posing a question.. Whey protein isolate IS WELL TOLERATED BY the VAST majority of those with lactose intolerance. You mentioned that LACTOSE INTOLERANCE was the reason you wanted to avoid milk. Most Whey protein powders have little to no lactose. You clearly have no understanding of what "lactose intolerant" means.

I don't find 68 cents per 25 gram of super convenient protein to be all that expensive. Like I already said, in the future you should be more clear when asking a question so that you can only receive the answers you want.

Lastly in your original post you said you want to AVOID sugars due to concerns with diabetes I gave you a high fat lower sugar solution (coconut milk) NOW you say you want high carbs and low fat.... OH and you want to complain that I did not give you a solution that is free.? WTF??? To get fresh pressed coconut milk, you PRESS IT YOURSELF. either by blending fresh coconut in a good quality blender and then straining with a nutmilk bag or you can run it through a masticating or auger juicer. OH WAIT.. I'll bet you also wanted a solution that doesn't require any effort or clean up after right?

So in summary, you want: " A low fat, low sugar, high carb, high protein, liquid calorie source that is completely dairy free, doesn't require any special equipment to prepare and doesn't cost anything."

Sneak into a chicken farm at night, steal the eggs and drink the whites.

So everything has to be for free, and if you post, you're liable to be called an idiot by the OP.

Yeah, this is going to go well.

    Good luck OP.

Fat is good.. especially from nuts. And fats are high calorie, hence why i suggested them. You'll have a hard time getting to 4000 while trying to eat it mostly in carbs and protein

Did I say that fat is bad? Just you don't need to eat high fat while at a surplus. Minimums are not necessarily to be hit on a bulk too. But eat at least .65g per kg/bw on a cut to avoid hormonal isuues. And Im not looking for much protein on a bulk, I only need 90g per over 4000 cals for maximum possible hypetrophy. So yeah, carbs, need to drink some of those.

Beer. Carb dense. A pint of decent craft beer will weigh in between 450 and 700 cals.

    TLDR

Kidding. Well if you get concentrate which would have less lactose it's even more expensive, and any quantity of lactose that you consume will hurt you, just depends on the degree of your intolerance. If you can avoid it completely, why not?

I'm open minded and am ready for new solutions, if they are reasonable. And I asked a particular question.

Well, since I have time to mash coconuts in my backyard I might as well prepare them using my hand-made tools

Well,I wouldn't start throwing out terms like "Diabetic" and "lactose intolerant" without an official diagnosis, otherwise you're just making things more difficult for yourself then they need to be. Seriously, if you think you have these troubles, see a doctor.

I also agree that you should be sure to get a real diagnosis from a doctor just to be on the safe side. That's kind of important to know.

I might use this recipe for myself. I've heard some wonderful things about coconut milk.

Yeah if you "suspect diabetes" and "feel that you're lactose intolerant" you should probably go to a doctor..

Blend in cornstarch and sugar into your choice of milk/juice. There you go, lots of carbs in liquid form.

If you think you're diabetic, you should be limiting your carbs including "natural sources" such as fruit. I really doubt you are diabetic if you are eating around 90g of protein and lower fat on 3500 calories. That would mean that the majority of your diet is carbs. If you were diabetic, you would be having substantial problems functioning at carb levels that high.

Fruit juices will get you calories, but again they would be a bad idea if you're diabetic. Frozen ones from concentrate will be the cheapest.

But, there are lot of people on here with experience bulking; I'd give them a listen as they would likely have good advice. Don't just brush everyone off because you think you know better.

I didn't ask bulking advise, I asked a particular question - sources of calories (mostly carbs) in liquid form, but not milk or coke like drinks.

    Or not, apparently.

Just mix yourself some flour with some water and chug away, dude. No dairy, no added sugar, lots of carbs and flour is like 59 cents a pound.

He balked at the idea of spending 68 cents per 25 grams of protein. He also balked at the idea of using coconut milk because it could not be had for free. So I'm guessing from his posts that he wants everything to be free.
