Protein powders are an expensive luxury for those who dont know what to spend their money on. Mmm where am I going to get fresh pressed coconut milk, especially for free? Sorry I may sound angry I'm not and thanks for suggestions
In the future you need to provide more details when posing a question.. Whey protein isolate IS WELL TOLERATED BY the VAST majority of those with lactose intolerance. You mentioned that LACTOSE INTOLERANCE was the reason you wanted to avoid milk. Most Whey protein powders have little to no lactose. You clearly have no understanding of what "lactose intolerant" means.
I don't find 68 cents per 25 gram of super convenient protein to be all that expensive. Like I already said, in the future you should be more clear when asking a question so that you can only receive the answers you want.
Lastly in your original post you said you want to AVOID sugars due to concerns with diabetes I gave you a high fat lower sugar solution (coconut milk) NOW you say you want high carbs and low fat.... OH and you want to complain that I did not give you a solution that is free.? WTF??? To get fresh pressed coconut milk, you PRESS IT YOURSELF. either by blending fresh coconut in a good quality blender and then straining with a nutmilk bag or you can run it through a masticating or auger juicer. OH WAIT.. I'll bet you also wanted a solution that doesn't require any effort or clean up after right?
So in summary, you want: " A low fat, low sugar, high carb, high protein, liquid calorie source that is completely dairy free, doesn't require any special equipment to prepare and doesn't cost anything."
Sneak into a chicken farm at night, steal the eggs and drink the whites.

Or not, apparently.
Just mix yourself some flour with some water and chug away, dude. No dairy, no added sugar, lots of carbs and flour is like 59 cents a pound.
And it sounds delicious0 -

BTW if I wasn't going vegan some time soon I'd consider drinking blood. Humans can digest it, right?0
