Meal plan critique needed!

*Meal plan is in my dairy on 1st and 2nd december this year, please search*
Hi, so I was tired of thinking what to eat every day, and tracking those foods, so I decided to make a two-days meal plan, so that I can just memorize those foods, and have no need to waste time thinking it. So if you see that I might be deficient of something, or for some reason you would change something please let me know.
Key aspects: strength training 3x week, cutting, around 100-300 cal deficit, trying to get optimal vitamins/minerals ratio, proteins at 1.2 g per pound LBM, fats 0.4 g per pound LBMm carbs the rest, sodium below 3000, sat fats below 30.
