My main sources of sugar are fruits (which i know i shouldn't worry about), and honey. It is a natural source of sugar obviously, but it is so sweet, i don't think that it is very healthy... Should i take it into account of my 33 g of added sugar daily limit?

I honestly wouldn't worry about it unless you were just drinking it out of the bottle everyday. In which case, the sugar high and excessive calorie count would be huge causes for concern, lol.
I often cook with honey because it flavors the dishes differently than sugar does. I'm losing fat and lookin' pretty good, if I do say so myself. I even have one stir fry dish that is even called Honey Chicken Stir Fry...it's one of the staples in my house cause everyone loves it so much. Certainly hasn't hindered my goals.
As long as you keep your calories in check and you are meeting your fat and protein minimums, you are fine.0
