Coconut oil question...

So i always heard that is good for you, and that it's kind of not even an oil, so i went i got myself a jar, and made some chocolate adding cocoa and stevia. Even though it was a snack-size chocolate, i more than doubled my saturated fat limit for the day. So my question is: is the sat fat, coming from CO healthy and needs no limit, or i cannot have my chocolate (which tasted good as f&8# by the way) and can use only small amounts for cooking so that it fits under 25-30 g of total daily sat. fat limit? Thanks.

It's oil bro, if it goes in your gut you gotta treat it as an oil.
So, if you're into that sorta thing, like do it. If you don't go for it, then cut back.
