Weighting frozen meats before or after defrost?

So i got these chicken drums that I defrosted, but they are still covered in ice a bit, so I weighted them as they were. What are the calories on a packet? Are they for defrosted product or frozen? Thanks

The weight doesn't change with the temperature - so unless those ice chunks are pretty big they are negligible. If big - flick them off and weight then. Thawing or frozen - otherwise no difference.0
