6.4ft, 87kg, ~14 % bodyfat, trying to get to 6-8 and then maintain/slowly increase. On the days when i work out (~1 30 - 2 hrs + 40 mins of cardio) my maintenance calories are around 3300. Anyone with similar feautures/goals would be interesting to talk to and watch the progress together, or just anyone interested in fitness/nutrition. Also i just registered here so im still figuring out how everything works. Im in the gym since november 2012 (6 months now), was making good progress, but after a month on holiday gained fat/lost muscle, i have a very high metabolism, now in the process of getting back on track.
