2 sessions of cardio per week are preferable (you can do moderate intensity for 30 min, or low for hour+, or 15-20 min high) (separate from weight training) for cardiovascular health. May the rest be your gym work.

First, you learn barbell squat. Then. you learn hyperxtention. Then, you learn some exercises for upper body. Do this 3x a week, and on rest days do 20 - 30 mins of treadmill (just keep your hr between 140-160). This is how you go about treadmill.

So, basically, I weight 95 kgs exactly in the morning, in 5 days I need to step on a scale and it should be 93kgs. Assuming I lose mmm... 500 grams of fat max, how long in the morning should it take me without drinking/eating to get to 93 kgs? (to speed it up I plan on going for a walk)

Best way is not to eat out. Even if you happen to find nutritional information, it will differ 100-500cals like if it's nothing. But it is a lot. So, eat at home, things weighted out that you know for sure.

Great back workout, grip strength didn't let me down, was doing benched dumbell rows with 50kg 3x8. Also deadlift felt better, added 10 kilos. Concidering my back workout were terrible for last month, im really pround of mylesf!

I just fry them (no oil no spices no nothing) and eat with steamed veggies. And it IS delicious, thighs are so fat and yummy you dont need any condiments

This website doesnt know YOU, you better start eating what you want, say, 1800 cals, and see how your weight changes after a week. Then slowly adjust calories until you lose 1 kg a week.

People hate doing legs, I hate doing ab/core exercises. Maybe because I have a quite weak abs.
