You guys are correct! WHen im at the gym i usually get on the eliptical for 45 minutes a day and the treadmill for 15 minutes a day. Some weight training as well for about 30 minutes Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

Hi guys, I love the energy! im new but im not. i officially started my weight loss program June 1, 2010. Ive lost 12 pounds so far im trying not to get discouraged. I know it takes time.
