good point! I'm much more energetic, and alert which is really nice. I have no idea, I had no way of weighing myself before I started last Thursday, and I got my gp to weigh me yesterday. .. he wants me to go and be weighed again in 6 weeks, knowing that will keep me going. you will see I had a carb craving last night, so incorporated it into my calories!
