I don't trust them. I can log the same workout on MapMyRun and MFP and they are always 25-90 calories lower than what my treadmill tells me (which does take into account of my weight). I'm only in my second trimester, but have had a lot of back pain. The only thing that has helped is doing prenatal yoga. Popsugar fitness on youtube has some good short prenatal yoga videos that I really like.
